Yep, we had a pretty uneventful winter as far as Bryce being sick. He had a few ear infections and colds/flus, but not anything like I thought would happen. So don't you know the nice weather hits, flu/RSV season are pretty much over and he is sick as a dog!
101.9 temp, lost almost a Pound which is bad for him, O2 is turned up to half a liter, he is VERY miserable, cranky, rash all over his face from all the draining boogies, etc... We went to the doctors yesterday he has a severe sinus infection, decreased breath sounds, MAJOR drainage in the back of his throat, not good.
So he is now on Amoxicillin and albuterol for 10 days. If his lungs start sounding worse to me pedi said we'll be in the hospital..... Again! Hopefully the antibiotic will work. I feel so bad for him, all he wants is to snuggle (which is fine by me) and sleep all day but be up all night..... I think I have had about a total of 20 hours sleep in the last week and a half... 3-4 hours a night if I'm lucky.... I hope he gets better soon.....

First day no oxygen...

Poor kid, I know you figure winter is over and colds are gone, wrong...everyone in my house except for jim is sick too, all colds and a really bad cough, it just doesn't end even with the nicer weather here!! I hope he feels better soon, I love the new pix you have up. Get some sleep, talk to you soon.
Winter may be over, but the constant change in weather is what makes everyone sick. Hopefully the meds will kick in soon and both of you can get some needed rest.
