Lyme Disease
Well yesterday was an interesting day, Bryce still has his respiratory infection requiring nebs and Orapred.... But Hopefully getting better. THEN Faythe gets up in the morning and I notice what looks to me like the "typical" bullseye rash on her arm and back, I knew right away what it was. I of course call the doctor and we go in. I was right its Lyme Disease. I checked her up and down and could not find the tick but we do remember about 2 weeks ago she had a bite on her arm that we thought was just a bug bite, at that time no bullseye, just a bite. Low and behold 2 weeks later she got the rash. It seems like it may be in stage 2, due to the fact that she has more than one bullseye on her body. She is now on Amoxicillin 3x a day for 3 weeks and then we will go from there....

It is a good thing you knew right away what to do. Not everyone knows the signs of Lyme Disease. Glad that it was diagnosed so that she could get started on the medication. Another thing for you to remember to do each day. The pictures that you posted are precious. I cannot believe how big Bryce and Faythe are getting. Keep up the good work.
